About Nami
Nami was born in Seoul South Korea. She began studying dance in high school and she has not stopped dancing since.
She recieved her B.S. in Sports Science from Ewha Women's University, one of the top schools in South Korea, where she also was a dance instructor both during and after her time . She went on to be a successful instructor and choreographer in Seoul. She traveled to the US to train in New York several times before moving to the United States in 2005.Now living in San Jose California, Nami was a member of the Hip Hop Dance Crew Eightcount and was actively involved in dance in the South Bay. Nami has formal training in Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Jazz and Musical Styles. Currently Nami is teaching Hip Hop, Jazz and Lyrical to all ages in South Bay Area.
